In 2015 Courage Properties funded and built this school dormitory in Bangalore, India. Here in India, children risk their lives everyday walking to school where they could be kidnapped for child-trafficking. Courage Properties created this building through a dream, a lot of work and a fundraiser to create a safe space for kids to learn, live and build their dreams.
What began as a passion project has evolved into something more. We’re proud of where we’ve been and even more excited for what’s ahead. What sets us apart isn’t just our process—it’s the intention behind it.

We have not only worked on helping improve the quality of the lives in our local communities throughout the USA and Canada, we have also partnered with other Faith-based organizations to contribute to the world.
